Salem – Randy Franke filed for re-election to Marion County Fire District #1 Board of Directors, Position #2, Thursday, March 17, 2011. Franke was first elected May 2007 and currently serves as Chairman of the district’s Board of Directors and is a member of the Willamette Valley Fire & Rescue Authority Board.
