A national company formed to assist local governments looking for solutions and business with proven products and services find each other. We help business, help government, serve people. As President I am responsible for managing and overseeing contract negotiations, project implementation, and day-to-day management.

FRANKE & ASSOCIATES, OWNER 2003 – PRESENT
A public affairs, inter-governmental relations consulting firm specializing in facilitation, communication, strategic planning, and advocacy. Select client projects:

COUNTY COMMISSIONER – MARION COUNTY 1979 – 2003
Served six four-year terms on a three-member board of commissioners. In Marion County the board was responsible for setting policies, procedures and budget for all county functions and management of day-to-day operations of non-elected departments.

  • 2008 – Marion County Volunteer of the Year for dedicated service to the Marion County Children & Families Commission
  • 2002 – Mid Willamette Valley Council of Government’s Annual Award for outstanding collaborative leadership
